Very professional staff, no is not for sale. From plasters, aspirins and toilet paper to complete workshop equipment. They sell everything on and on a car or trailer at Fource. 9 out of 10 times you will receive the part or tool the same day. The service of Fource Heemskerk goes very far, they always look a step further to get the best for the customer.

Wednesday 1 July to order Thule roof racks, these would be in the shop within 48h so Friday I would be called to pick them up. Clearly indicated that we needed them for vacation before July 6, it was no problem. Saturday, July 4 but just stop by the store, unfortunately they are not there ... Strange if they would be there within 48h and had not received a call. Monday July 6 unfortunately the roof racks arrive July 23. Agree emphatically indicated that I really need the roof racks because of vacation and if it does not work please call in time then I will look for another option for these roof racks. I got a guarantee that they would be there. Unfortunately, the bell did not ring again. Saturday July 25 but went by again and again no roof racks. Called again on July 27 they know no delivery date !!!!! Unbelievable that 1 company has such bad customer service, be honest if you can't deliver something! I don't want another brand and I don't want a more expensive version! Absurd how you handled this order! Thanks for breaking our vacation because we can't take the bikes with us. Watch out if you order something here!
