Really nice place. I see the only issue here in the small number of toilets in this building.

Not my cup of tea, you have to sit at concerts, and there's too much talk before, in-between and after the concerts. The awfully long pause that artists are forced to take, makes the concert uncomfortably awkward long in a bad way... If you want a pause in a concert, hire a extra smaller band to play ahead of the main attraction.... Eilen Jewel was great as always though! Note: I'm talking about the small venue!
