City Bike Oosterpark

This guy was the best. Super nice. I went to him to rent a bike for a few hours(they had tried to steal mine and broke the lock). When i came back i think he felt bad for me and i didn’t have to pay anything for the bike rental. Not saying you should expect this also but it goes to show what a nice guy this was :)

Initially gave this bike store 5 stars. Have to lower it because you did not open store as is mentioned in the opening hours and we been waiting long time. Have respect to your customers please and open when you say it is opened.

Great place! Service above and behind. With every buy (2nd hand included) you get half a year warranty. They let me test many bikes before I chose the perfect one for me. After a day I came back because of a flat tire. Although it is not covered by the warranty, they changed everything for free. Super nice and helpful guys.
