What an absolute crap office. I drove around Amsterdam uninsured for 3 weeks because Merkelbag did not take the trouble to report that National Nederlanden had stopped with taxi insurance. Communication is also particularly bad ,. 1 star is actually too much.

Terrible service. Incredibly rude telephone operator and absolutely not benevolent. After 5 days I still don't know if my car is insured. Nobody can tell me anything and certainly not call me back. In short, they want to receive their commission and provide it afterwards and no service

What a worthless hassle. First they promise me a great premium so I think, that's where I'm going to close it. But now a few months later it appears that it is 400 euros per month more expensive. Ridiculous. And I just HAVE to pay. Can't get away from it now. Day is not allowed?
