I purchased a Batavus Quip from this store & it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Amsterdam. From the moment my wife & I walked into the store, Pim provided excellent customer service. He wasn't forceful, just gave us all the info we needed about each bike and even set some bikes up for us to test ride. The transaction process was seemless and smooth.
The store has a great range of bikes (new & used) and Pim can also service your bike too. If you need a bike or a bike service, do yourself a favour and get down to Tweewielers Emma - Pim will sort you out!
If you are not Dutch do not visit this place, they are only interested in ripping off tourists and then become physically threatening to a woman when they see that they are being robbed

dramatic toko. Even tire patches do not work. After the first time sticking, they left a piece of glass in it, now after cycling twice again a flat tire.
