Some (mainly) young employees can be very customer-unfriendly. This is the most poignant and recent example: "come and get the recipe tomorrow, I am alone here now and we are currently too busy" That was the blunt answer of a young lady in flawed Dutch when I authorized my wife to pick up my cancer medication and she was there ... after waiting 20 minutes! I was just 'sick' at home that day after having undergone 5 days of severe chemotherapy. Also by telephone contact I was previously informed inexpertly or otherwise briefly addressed by some (unknowing) employees. So now quickly to another pharmacy.

Incredibly bad service. Very unfriendly employees, who make you wait unnecessarily long. The service is just as bad over the phone, just hang up before your question is answered. Recently the employee asked me for advice about a medicine, you would expect it to be the other way around.

Some people there are so unkind and rude that they spoil the work of others who do a good job.

Bad service, rude when things get busier. Limited supply of medicines. Apparently they don't have the dosage I always need here and can't get it? Is just on the market .. Remaining refined box shredders

After long deliberation, write a review. Treated extremely rude by the manager on 20 Mar 2020. I went to pick up medication for my 3 year old child, who is very allergic to mosquito bites, so I cannot do without the correct medication in the spring and summer. When the medication was issued, I saw that the dose that was on 2 boxes could not be correct, since it was the dose from 2 years ago and this is a medication dose that is calculated on the basis of weight. I kindly asked the employee who helped me for a recalculation, she went to work and later asked Ms the manager to check her calculation. The employee tried to provide the manager with the necessary information and was soon snubbed by the manager. Before, the manager snapped at another colleague. However, it did not stop there. After the ladies in question had checked the calculation and came up with a different dosage than described. I asked for new stickers for the boxes on which the manager said very rude and bit "Why do you know now !?". Annoyed, I pointed out to the lady that I found the tone and manner in which she spoke to me very unfriendly and that I couldn't get through. To which madam said I was very rude. I ignored her answer and explained to her that I ordered all the medication twice so that a kit of medicines is available at the childcare center in case of emergency. Whereupon Mrs. (the manager) sniffed contemptuously and reproached me for not knowing where the priorities lie. To which I pointed out THE shared priority that we have and that is to ensure that a child of 3 (or read: a patient) receives the correct dose of medication. The lady kept arguing and doing things. The lady was even so rude that she shouted sarcastically that she would give me a whole zipper stickers so that I could do what I wanted and I had to leave quickly because she was tired and wanted to rest. Apparently pausing is a higher priority for the manager than her patients / clients provide the correct medication / dosage. I couldn't get out of the pharmacy fast enough. My advice is to register with a pharmacist with a manager who knows where the priorities lie (even during busy times) and certainly when it comes to dispensing medication. We register our family at the Linaeus pharmacy. I had the dosage checked by my doctor for my peace of mind, I think this says enough to the feeling I left the pharmacy. Message for the employee; I hope the manager soon comes to his senses and changes her attitude. Because the way I have heard the lady speak does not indicate a pleasant working environment or respect. I'm sorry for you and I saw (some) glances of place replacing shame and shock. Those few milliseconds I felt supported, thanks. Strength in these busy times!
