Have to keep original tickets, photos of original do not suffice. If asked why, you get an unclear answer with insurances. But you can 'buy' the option of getting repairs back without original receipt for 2 euro extra. Suddenly the insurance doesn't matter? Furthermore: first repair - nails came out. Returned it for insurance (thank God for saving the original receipt!). Second repair: a hard click with every step. Third repair (still kept the receipt!): sorry, can't be fixed. If I wanted my money back they'd have to take the materials out (what!?). They could leave them in, but then I could only get a coupon. Now, I unfortunately have to go back there when my shoes need repair to use that coupon. Afterwards? Never. Going. Back.

Apparently mister sells used items like new. When you come back with this, his answer is "No, I can't take this back, it's already out of package!" For the sake of convenience, forget that the packaging had already been opened before I even bought it. "You should have checked that before you bought it." Apparently that is necessary in this case. If you ever want to buy something from Schoen en Sleutel service 2000, always check whether it is new. If not, it is not the responsibility of the shop owner.

Visited 3x because the key did not work. Helped 2x quickly but the problem persisted that the updated key just didn't work. So again along this store, even took the cylinder on the advice of the store itself so that we could immediately try out the adjustments. After this it is said that he suddenly needs the original key. So the answer comes that we do not know where it is and we therefore want our money back as we can no longer continue with this store in the sea. However, it is immediately said that this is not possible because they do not work that way. So it is literally said that we suddenly have a piece of scrap iron that we can no longer use that has adapted them 2x earlier without questions or requests for an original key.

Visited three times to get keys made, got wrong keys three times. So also costs three times parking costs. In the end they gave up and I got my money back. However, I was not allowed to give back the key rings of 1.60 that I bought with them. What should I do with key rings without keys?
