My health and my life have been unnecessarily endangered for two years by the pharmacy where I have been a customer for ten years, with unnecessary bureaucracy. The GP and the cardiologist are also not happy about this.
The Benu pharmacy, "de Rompersebaan" of Mrs. C. Aalders-Ricken has been treating me unfairly for two years. I have been taking medicines for heart disease for the past two years and have been taking them once every three months, but not without obstacles. By that I mean that the pharmacy does not accept a repeat prescription.
1st action: I have to request a note from the GP and / or cardiologist every three months. To date I have fulfilled the requirement, but then encounter additional problems, that the note is not received by the pharmacy (according to the pharmacy reading). It is an extra burden for me to obtain a referral note, because corona has been prevalent for a year and because of those extra visits to the doctor and / or cardiologist as well as the double visits to the pharmacy, I am extra at risk of contamination from Corona. Only a limited number of visitors are allowed in (3 people), so you will be waiting in line outside until you are allowed in.
2nd action: When I have requested and received a referral note, I go to the pharmacy a day later to order the medicines (they are never in stock). There I am told: "That the referral letter has not yet been received. In reality, the note has arrived but has not yet been printed and placed in the order tray. The employee does not intend to take a look in the postbox and I am sent away.

Other customers (patients) receive the medicines automatically at home every three months. Or receive an email that their medicines are ready to be picked up. What's wrong here?
Simply giving a customer medication takes 20 minutes here. I have not yet added the waiting time to get my turn.

If you like certainty, then definitely do not go to this pharmacy. Several times no medication because the employees do not communicate. In addition, if a problem occurs, then nobody cares and you will be left to your own devices. This did not happen once but also 4 of my family members complained about this. For me personally it has happened 4 times.
