In general, I receive friendly and professional assistance. Thumbs up for all those stress-resistant employees. Of course something is going wrong. That can happen anywhere. Well; then you have to come back again.

Usually a very long wait. In which you wonder what the employees are actually doing.

Good pharmacy where you receive good and friendly help and they take all the time for you. In the afternoon it is often busy and the waiting times are sometimes quite long. So preferably go at a different time.
