1 star because you cannot give 0 stars. Disadvantaged twice in six months, where consumer law is completely ignored, damage totaled almost € 400. Is automatically debited via the health insurance (deductible) and you have to do with that. The pharmacist is not available for consultation. "Put it on the mail", but no response (once a short email saying it was annoying for me, but no further substantive response to the issue). After that, every response / reminder goes straight into the digital trash can ... Arrogance at the top and reading through the other reviews shows that I am not alone. The file is now with the legal aid.

Many bad experiences with it. The most recent is that urgent medication was requested by the general practitioner for delivery, the bottom line was that it had to be taken quickly and had to catch on otherwise it would still be hospitalization. Medication had been neatly passed on by their GP in their system at 1.30 PM, also arrived at their home, was still called by the GP assistant or if the emergency delivery was successful, was no problem. Then nothing was done. At 17.45 called where it is, the pharmacy was closed and only the pharmacy assistant on duty was there who then had to conclude that nothing had been done with the whole prescription. Complained and asked for an explanation of how this was possible. Never had any response to it, didn't even apologize at the very least which had been in place. Really outrageous !!!

Amazing that they don't have disinfection at the pharmacy. They are neatly behind a bulkhead and red / white ribbon, but we all have to touch the same dirty screen. And then they say they clean it several times a day. You do not hate that if the person is infected for you. Every store understands but the pharmacy does not ?? !! Or do they (for us) not care?

Very arrogant operator! My own doctor prescribes a prescription (fully reimbursed), after 5 p.m. due to crowds. This pharmacy on duty wants to earn a maximum of this, to calculate no less than € 40.00 for 2 tablets.
