Nice location for a weekend with friends. The environment is amazing. In the middle of the woods and surrounded by colorful nature. The gardens were, at the time we were there, well maintained and the pool was clean. The accommodation was also clean. We slept in the farm. The interior was as we expected. You already get an idea on the photos. We understand why the farm is called "authentic". It exudes fantastic atmosphere. We were treated very customer-friendly when a problem with a refrigerator occurred. Fortunately this was solved immediately. Also a nice side effect: there were few other guests on site that weekend and therefore one of us was allowed to charge his electric car at the door of the accommodation. We ourselves have not been to the Efteling, but we have made a 10 km walk through the drunken dunes. Beautiful sandy plains. In the evening a few of us sat at the bar and the rest stayed on the terrace (and in the pool). With this chapeau for P. (P. does understand when he reads this review) who has arranged it all!

We have stayed here 2 nights with family where the elderly were also. We have not actually viewed this complex in advance and expected more from the description. Unfortunately we thought it was more of a youth hostel. The beds very bad and also dirty mattresses were found. We indicated that it was cold, the owner reacted immediately annoyed instead of customer friendly. Everybody had also brought tennis equipment, but unfortunately there was no tennis on the courts. The grass of the course is not kept, very bumpy, so that the ball goes in all directions. For non-tennis players it will be fun, but for real tennis players it is nothing. A family with 2 young children, 9 and 7 years old, left after 1 night because the beds are so bad that they didn't sleep. All very noisy too. Dirty shower with dirty shower curtain and also a toilet which we did not like. We will only recommend this to large groups of young people and not for family outings with grandparents there too. We think it is suitable for football clubs, korfball clubs, primary school, adolescent outings, etc. But as far as we are concerned, that is all.
