They was helpful and polite.

Bought a chain that is broken after wearing it once and which they don't want to take back, and grumpy staff (especially at the Service desk and management)

If you don't feel like waiting 30 minutes for your turn and don't feel like bad service, don't go here! Ordered a cake that I came to pick up. At the checkout I was forwarded to the service desk. Here I waited 15 minutes for assistance. Walked to other staff and they told me that they are not coming to help me and had to ring the bell, however there was no bell present. When it was my turn, 2 ladies came in between and went extensively fitting a bicycle helmet, and asking information about it. Had to wait another 10 minutes for this. When she was ready to help me again, she said she could not help me and referred me to the bakery department. After waiting in the long queue again I was finally able to take my cake with me.

A normal Hema nothing special.
