I give it three stars because I miss a greengrocer and a butcher shop. You are "obliged" to buy these products at the plus supermarket. Since it is the sole ruler within this shopping center, this does not work to the advantage of our customers. Now the meat is of good quality, so that is still possible, but I do not think the vegetables are sufficient in terms of price / quality. Especially since the plus has changed owners, I find the quality and service much less. Recently there are also two new "eateries" that nobody really wants. Sushi and brazilian snacks or something. Furthermore, there is an average spice vat, a very good bakery and an excellent chemist with good service and expertise. A beautiful professional shoe repair / key maker / dry cleaning shop. A good liquor store and reasonable florist. Also an optician. A well-functioning postal point with office / book products plus coffee bar. Every day there is a fishing cart in the parking lot, but I find the quality and choices average to poor, so don't use it. The snack bar is average and heavily outdated in terms of interior. No atmosphere. The much-needed maintenance is done on it, but then you've had it. Don't come there often. The fries are average, snacks ok. Recently, the paving in the shopping center has been pimped up with beautiful benches placed centrally. What I do miss are a few waste bins that were there before. Let's say that I am 75% satisfied and a tip: don't just fill empty buildings with food stalls. As a shopkeepers association, attract a good greengrocer (who many people miss) butcher / fish shop or, if necessary, a good quality toko. In other words, professionals.
