We flew with the morning cruise. The collection time was at 5:45 AM. We flew from Joure and chose Leeuwarden as the starting location. The location can still change as the crow flies. On arrival we had to disinfect our hands and we were handed a piece of paper with rules etc. Then we were explained about the landing and how we should act. We finally left 6:15. How the balloon was inflated was fun to watch. Everyone had their own box in the balloon itself, which we really liked. However, we found it strange that two other Greetz employees were just placed in the trade with customers. You pay around € 150 per person (sometimes also more) and then an extra person is placed with you in your profession. The compartments were not very big. For 2 people fine but to just put in an employee ... who I think did not even go for a reason but just for fun I think quite cheeky. The customers were also not asked whether they thought this was fine. The takeoff went fine and the flight was also good. However, I thought we flew fairly low I expected that we would go higher. But of course this also has to do with the wind etc. The landing went well too. Then when we got out, it was made clear to us that we had to help with clearing the balloon. This was never mentioned to us in advance, so I found this a bit strange. I had assumed that the bus would be ready to take us back to the starting location upon landing. The pilot himself did not even help ... he was just watching and pouring champi. When clearing the balloon, the rules of Corona were completely exceeded ... Clearing took a total of 35 minutes. Then we got a glass of champi (this was tasty). After the champi we were picked up by the bus. When we were on the bus, the drivers decided to have a full conversation with the pilot. Apparently this did not indicate to the drivers where we had to be taken. The driver had driven completely wrong and was then able to turn around and drive to the other side of Joure. This all worked out in the end. Nice experience but there are certainly areas for improvement.

I want to wish the person who stole my code from my gift card on marketplace and booked a flight of it in April a nice flight without guilt. Greetzz can unfortunately not mean anything to me, despite the fact that they can see who booked the flight because of the privacy law

Top experience! Good and clear information in advance. We have made a very nice morning flight with pilot Wim. Thanks to the fact that we always felt safe with this knowledgeable pilot, we were able to really enjoy! Nice to experience the whole process of unpacking and 'inflating' the balloon (and later cleaning it up again) and to cooperate with this. We were in a very large elongated basket with about 16 people. At first, this seemed like a lot to us, but we certainly did not feel 'stuffed up' in the basket. Enough space to look in all directions. But it was all too soon again. We want to go again!
