I have been using a Total Care CPAP for years and am very satisfied with the services provided. I just called because the wrong mask was ordered from the hospital. I called Total Care, without hesitation the correct mask will be sent with a return sticker to return the other ones free of charge. 10 minutes after my phone call, I was called back by the Total Care warehouse man to say that the new mask is out of stock and that it may take a few days longer. Super neat that I will be kept informed. A big 10 for Total Care!
