If you wanna to fix your bike, better go somewhere else becouse then i leave here good bike only needed to change tire and when i came to take a bike, front wheel was broken, and that ashole just was saying "it's not my fault, i don't touch that, i can't help you, you still can ride with him..." yea i still can do that but it's fu*king not save, And why i need to ride with broken bike ? When i leave good bike to fix and i take broken but it's not him fault so when who? And what he say to me, he don't say sorry i can look what can i do about this no he just say "i can't help you i can't solve this problem" Wtf man you a bike's fixer and you can't fix that? If you can't do your job good so better don't do that

Best bike shop in the region and beyond .. Picked up my Santos today. The journey there was long. Sometime last year I spent a whole afternoon with Jan (the bicycle repairer / owner) looking out. Coffee was added and all questions were answered in detail and considerations were made between options and wishes. Jan does not sell you a bicycle, but he knows how to put together a suitable Santos for you from your wishes. He knows the ins and outs and has great solutions for specific questions / wishes. (In my case, a special steering construction for neck complaints) After some more calling, emailing and text messaging, the order was placed after a few months. Will you and Santos? This is your address!

What a nice bike shop and ditto atmosphere; i will come back here more often. Jan knows what he is doing, takes all the time for your bike and clearly explains what and why he is doing something. A gem in North Limburg!

Like so many would-be bike buyers, I couldn't see the wood for the trees anymore, so yesterday I visited Ride Bike. Never had such a pleasant, informative and calm conversation with a bicycle dealer, who took all the time for it. Jan has an appropriate and clear answer to everything and you can try it out in practice on one of his many and beautiful Santossen. In other words that forest is much clearer at the moment and I know where to go if I ever buy a Santos.

Summer vacation 2019. During our cycling holiday, on our beautiful Santos bikes, I got a flat brake on Saturday, which made it difficult to continue. We were very disappointed because a bicycle repair shop is always free on Monday, so we could be helped on Tuesday morning at the earliest. A very annoying delay, therefore, if you still have many kilometers ahead. After a call, Jan Arts was willing to help us on Monday morning. What a customer friendliness!
