Had to wait longer for the bike due to delay from the supplier. Can happen in corona time causing the demand for ebikes to grow explosively. Fortunately I was on vacation, my sister had already received her copy I think it is important that when I inquire, people know what it is about on the phone. And they knew it every time what it was about. Sjapoo. In my case, collection was a matter of professional order. At a meter and a half full explanation and care. An hour and a half spent on it, so no wasted work. Yesterday a teething problem on the bike was resolved without a struggle. So so far very satisfied and super happy with my e bike.

While on vacation my wife's electric bike made a weird noise on Friday late afternoon. Upon inspection I saw that the crank had a lot of play. We went to the workshop anyway to see if we could use it for another day. Despite the crowds, I was helped immediately and the bike was repaired fairly quickly. When asked about costs, the answer was, costs nothing !!!. That is a great service from this business. We were able to continue the cycling tour the next day. Thank you again Bike Totaal Lambeck.

Want to have information about a bicycle. When the seller heard that we Dutch people lived in Germany, we were completely blocked and did not want to give us any more information.

I had a broken tubular tire on the racing bike, unfortunately there was no replacement, but I got a different rear wheel rim for the way back to Germany (90km). All I had to do was pay for the coat, tube and assembly, and pay a deposit for the rim. Kudos for the effort that was made to enable me to continue! Thank you so much!
