Mortgage taken out via home money. Bad communication, no reply to emails. They forgot to pass on the final agreement and also seemed to have forgotten to apply for the bank guarantee. Several emails were sent and in the end it was all arranged quickly at the last minute. We wanted to be informed about possible insurance for the new house, when we said that we were told: "What are you doing here". Mister wanted us to take out a subscription at home money and was not waiting to give us advice. After everything was done never heard again, just got the bill. All in all, worthless, I wouldn't recommend home money to anyone.

Received a mortgage within 10 weeks through home money. Everything was well organized, action was taken on time when needed, and they know exactly what to have. Received good advice and the process went fairly smoothly (despite strict demands from the banks at the moment). Definitely a very positive experience. Thanks Michel and Nikelyn!

First meeting with Michel was on an information evening for a new construction project. And there we had our first meeting with each other, which went very positively and felt good for us. Then I had a non-binding conversation at his office. He is open, transparent and explains things very clearly. The further course of the contact between us went very well. We were able to answer all our questions. In addition, we found that he can explain everything in understandable language, which was very pleasant for us. In short: a must to engage in a consultation.

My situation is not standard, I work for a company based in America and get paid in dollars, this automatically means that many money providers find me a risk. I tried to get a mortgage online but soon I got into the gaps that my employer is seen as a stumbling block I also arranged my previous mortgage (in 2006) through Jan and ended up via google at Thuisingeld. 95% of the contact went via email and yesterday I received my mortgage quote from ABNAMRO, I trust Jan because he already told me in 2006 that I had to pay off my mortgage, and because he is straightforward (a situation that sailor can appreciate)
