My father had 1 wish and even that could not be adhered to. That was also his ONLY wish. Cannot recommend Klopper and Kramer Nijmegen. What a bad company. My father's last wish was to hear from Bach - Toccata in D minor on his cremation. Only Klopper and Kramer had put a stop to that. Without consultation with the client (moi), they have shortened it by half due to a lack of time. If something should have been shortened or omitted in terms of music, it would have to be one of our chosen songs. I find this disrespectful. It is my father's cremation and it is precisely the song he himself chose that was shortened. On the morning of the planning at Klopper and Kramer I told Lidwien Appels that I should look up the number in my diary, because there I had noted what my father wanted to hear on his cremation. I had my father for 4 years ever asked. In an e-mail I received a response that they were never aware that Bach's number had been chosen by my father. Strange. Mrs. Appels knew about this. My brother was at this meeting and can confirm this. The speech was even noticed by others during the cremation that it was poorly prepared and clumsy .. Things have been said that did not fit the way the real ceremony would take place in England. This should have been the ceremony. Well, we had hoped for that. Many uhhs, during the speach, because it was poorly prepared. Cards written by guests who came to pay the last honor were lost. The hostess of Klopper and Kramer could not find them. We are 1 month further up and to this day I have not received them yet. They do not want to face the personal confrontation, because I would pay the bill at the office, but they have decided to send the bill.

My father-in-law's funeral was arranged fantastically. The funeral home is beautiful and a warm location in such difficult times. Everything was right down to the last detail. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to say goodbye in a good way.

My father's funeral was very well done by Klopper & Kramer at the time, she would certainly recommend.

I would like to thank Coen and his entire team for the beautiful funeral in the Dennenstraat in Nijmegen. Very nice that despite all the hectic, the next day an appointment could be scheduled immediately. Thanks for the very flexible attitude.

Recently I attended a funeral at the Heilig Landstichting near Nijmegen. This was organized by Klopper & Kramer. The funeral was tightly organized and I thought it was very professional, my compliments for this!
