I cycled by every day this week for a simple recipe for my daughter, but the line is always out. All understanding because of the current Corona crisis. But I have already queued several times and noticed that there is really no shot. I think it's absurd that apparently you have to take half an hour or more to get a turn at all. Then something is wrong with your organization.

When I said 3 times that I don't want to have the medicines delivered. Because medicines that leave the pharmacy cannot be returned. And that is understandable, but then provide the right medicines. If you then clearly tell this again, irritated, there will be ignorant staff behind the counter. Who seemingly cannot deal with a customer who is dissatisfied. Running away is the solution. And another employee must first come to solve the problem. Apparently, listening is not the forte of this pharmacy's staff. It should be the case that medicines are prepared and then checked by a second person. Then no mistakes would be made.

I notice that many customers respond primarily when something does not go as they expect. Not entirely justified, I think. I once asked why there is only 1 employee behind the counter (and a long queue in front of it). There is a story behind every behavior. With a friendly question, you will receive a friendly and enlightening answer. My motto: can you change something about a situation? No? Then let go ..

Is there a big mess. You will be treated by phone rude and unfriendly and they will deliver if you are very lucky the amount of medicine and which the doctor ordered. Absolutely not recommended if your pharmacy in Nijmegen.

They are apparently emergency because the staff shortage is striking. There is simply no one behind the counter. Weird.
