Bought new (expensive) electric bike here. Service leaves something to be desired. When picked up, the saddle setting was a bit mediocre: skewed and not tight, so that the saddle fell down within a day. Ok, can still happen. Self-adjusted and fixed. Fine. But during the service, having to wait a long time in the shop while staff are drinking coffee very pleasantly, let plenty of farmers, etc. During this check, we have a new basket mounted in front, which also turns out to be crooked when they return home. Turns out just a little moderately tied with 3 simple tie wraps! Unbelievable what a mess. I cannot judge whether this is the rule or exception here, but my experience is not good.

2 ebikes ordered and delivered. After explanation and adjustment of the bike we cycled away satisfied.
