For the second time, an older woman behind the counter did not understand how to order a homeopathic medicine. Her colleague offered her help but she refused. Because of this it took almost half an hour. This was not the first time with her. She also said that homeopathic doctors are no longer allowed to work via a written prescription, but our doctor knew nothing about this. The medicine was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it wasn't there yet. Been again on Tuesday, not yet and an older woman dared to say that nothing was in order (payment had already been made). Later went back again and nicely helped by a trainee (she is doing better than the ladies who work there).

Low in stock . And lying about what they give you, so had too little medication. Pay for it!
