Very bad experiences with this pharmacy. Nothing in stock, everything has to be ordered and thinking along with the customer is not an option. Recently needed urgent medication. When I came to get them I was told to order it and it would be there in two days. No other solution was offered, pure disinterest. Medication ordered from another pharmacy through a GP and was able to get them there within 30 minutes. Since then I have been a very satisfied customer. In Hoevelaken, the pharmacy has no competition, which makes it easy and lazy.
Never anything in stock! Always a long wait! Called. Was laughed at by the two ladies on the phone. No, ma'am, we are not laughing at you, it is just very funny what you say .......?
Friendly and helpful staff, reachable by phone all day long, knowledgeable staff member could explain to me why certain medication costs have been declared (as opposed to insurer and other pharmacy employees). Sometimes wait a little longer when it is busy.
sadly poor service, I am deregistered and then go to Amersfoort. Time and again, long waiting times, not solution-oriented, never something in stock. We are sorry for a few lovely ladies who work there, but the policy is really hopeless
