Normally I never write reviews, but this morning they really made it. I simply had to pick up antibiotics as prescribed. Since I had to catch the train I was there 30m in advance (plenty of time you would think). After more than 25 minutes I still had not had my antibiotics. Because, besides being retarded nonchalant, the lady was also unsure whether the cure was 19 days instead of 10 as the DOCTOR had said. So she was also going to call forever. To top it all off, while she was on the phone, I had to hear from the colleague in a snarling tone that I could also come back later because they are still open until 6:00 PM. Who says I can be there !!? It is not for nothing that I am there so early in the morning! Basically, I don't have antibiotics now and I've never experienced such a bad, disinterested and slow service.

Great pharmacy, too bad there are some fellow customers who are less patient. While we should be glad that they continue to work in these times and look for solutions to help us.

I have been coming to this practice for years but I am increasingly noticing that some of the staff who work there are cranky and if you are inside the door for less than 2 seconds they already start shouting that you have to leave the door otherwise nobody can get out Firstly, no one had to leave yet and secondly I had to wait a while because someone was standing at the collection plate, there is no real patience there anymore. And if you ask something you often get a snarling answer so not really friendly. The only advantage is that getting your email pickup code is a lot faster than long queues.

Very long queues. In the back of the store several chattering housewives busy with each other while the waiting room is full and only 2 cash registers are open. And that is the rule, not the exception. Recently switched to the pharmacy in Hoevelaken, oh what a relief.

I've been at this pharmacy for years and I can only say that it doesn't get any nicer. It seems like all the staff who are over 35 years old are forced there or something. There is no laughing matter. Even giving friendly answers to questions is too much. Really what is the service there to howl. Outside the long queues you just feel a burden if you want to know something or need a medical passport for vacation. I have rarely seen such grumpy, unmotivated staff. They are now working on a renovation and therefore have an emergency pharmacy, but now it is completely to cry! I hope something is done about this because this is really outrageous!
