It took me months before I got in touch with Aegon. By phone was completely impossible, eventually through the chat I hope resolved my problem, it remains to be seen, terrible.

Terrible this company. I was asked to identify myself. This did not go well, contacted me. There was a bug. Again, tried several times, another bug. If I could try again later. Asked if someone could call me back, no that couldn't, that's a bridge too far. Finally go through the digital identification. Went well. Ow not. I received a letter that my account was closed. Chat again. Tried to call but then it is very busy and the connection is lost. Perfect approach to work out a customer of over 20 years old.
