There are 2 neolith structures (hunebed) here, which are great to visit for a day trip on the bicycle. The hunebedden were built several thousand years ago from large rocks that were transported from Scandinavia by glaciers during the last ice age. After the glaciers melted the locals used the leftover stones to build grave memorials. The nearby forest also has very nice cycle paths.

Worthy of a trip here especially on a warm day. The idea that these structures were made long before the PYRAMIDS!!
