Had a very good experience taking care of my wife's mother's funeral. We were guided by Jacob Buijsman who knows very well how to find the balance between a personal approach, respect, handling and advising our wishes and possibilities, removing doubts where appropriate and taking action where necessary. Really careful guidance and unburdening! Very important in such a sad situation. The carefully drawn up realistic budget of the costs was also pleasant and clear, and that was all correct afterwards. The funeral and everything around it was excellent, including a funeral speaker Ans Dohman who also receives our personal recommendation. Nothing but praise and we can heartily recommend him. We as a family have lost our dad / grandpa and ma / grandma in 1.5 years. We were accompanied by you on both funerals. We have super nice memories of this, very professional and yet room for appropriate humor. We as a family felt very comfortable with you and that is worth a lot in these situations.
