Folks, be warned I sent my son to this bike shop to have one spoke in the rear wheel of his bike replaced. To my great surprise, 38 euros was charged for this. This seemed like a lot to replace one spoke and I contacted Van Kortenhof by telephone. According to the man I got on the phone, the bicycle had to be partially disassembled and the wheel had to be reoriented. Now I took a look at the bike myself when the spoke was broken, but could not find a blow in the wheel. Below is another piece I came across on the internet when looking for prices for replacing a speech. Replace spoke. In principle, replacing a spoke can never be very expensive. A spoke including installation costs a maximum of 20 euros at a good bicycle shop. Often more is asked for this because it is difficult for the consumer to estimate how much work this is. So folks, be warned

Especially expensive and not exceptionally skilled staff: nothing to complain about for advice about a high chair, but about the price (almost 50% more expensive than online, and there was nothing else to do about it). At repair for faltering gear + nice rear tire more than 50 euros further, but problem with gear already back after a week. Unfortunately!
