Take the time for you even if you only take out insurance for a bicycle that you did not buy there. Despite the pressure, extensive attention for the customer. Marco friendly employee. They have a regular customer, customer-friendliness is absolutely top. That other bicycle shop that has several locations in Vlaardingen can learn something from that. Good luck !

They don't do what you ask i had asked a few weeks ago to replace the brake discs on my bike i have been there 2 times to ask and they still haven't been replaced

Often too high prices compared to other bicycle shops. Store does not / does not offer disinfectant gel after a test ride with a bicycle.

I have been a customer of Bike Totaal Wijtman for years. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with my bicycle, the employees are always immediately ready to find a solution. Whether it is at the end of the working day or if they are very busy, people always take the time to get it done. And that for years. This is my second bike from Bike Totaal Wijtman and I will certainly buy my third, sixth and tenth bike at this pleasant shop. In my opinion, both the sales staff and the employees of the workshop do a really good job. I am a regular customer and I will remain so.
