As a customer I am very satisfied with this health insurer, nothing is too much for them and the customer service is excellent, DSW is at a lonely height when it comes to customer service. I am really glad I made this decision to get insured here. If you are looking for a no nonsense health insurance company that is good for its customers, look no further but assure yourself here, I think this is the best decision I made! I give them a well-deserved 10!

Na jaren lang onbezorgd klant nu helaas zorg nodig. DSW valt hierin behoorlijk tegen. Ze zorgen niet voor hun klanten. Zorgpremie hoort in de zorg is hun devies. Alleen niet als het nodig is. Niet voor de klant, niet voor de zorg. Te veel regels en bureaucratie met een net iets te hippe twist. Bijdehande klanten service. Maar door regelgeving verkeerde en late diagnose. Weken verkeerde medicatie. Helaas, volgend jaar op zoek naar een zorgverzekeraar die meer meedenkt.

I think it's a great health insurance company. May choose my own specialists, do not reimburse everything, but I have not really been bothered by that so far, so as far as I am concerned, a great health insurer.

Telefoon service is erg goed. Ik bel en krijg iemand aan de lijn. De gesprekken zijn duidelijk. Ik ben al decennia lid van DSW. Declaratie wordt netjes betaald en tandarts rekeningen worden vergoed conform voorwaarden.
