Online I researched which electric bicycles there were. I took a test drive at the Van Hulst store. The stores were closed due to the lockdown. Fortunately, Van Hulst was able to deliver the bicycle at home. When the bike was delivered, I could first take a test ride and the employee gave me useful information about the bike and insurance options.

Super contente de mon achat, un vélo electrique Gazelle Orange C8 HMB. Demander Jaco, c'est un super vendeur, il a su me guider dans mes choix par rapport à ses connaissances en matière de vélos électriques et est très professionnel et à l'écoute. Possibility d'essayer le vélo en extérieur pour se faire un propre expérience du vélo. Very happy with my sale, an e-bike Gazelle Orange C8 HMB. Ask Jaco, he is a top seller, he went to help me in my choice with his acquaintances about e-bikes, he is professional and knows how to listen. Possibility to test the bike outside to have your own experience. (Sorry French is my native language)

I have been well served in the store. Got a clear explanation and was allowed to test the bike properly. The extra service and insurance they offer are also well put together. The bike was ready to be picked up the next day. I also really liked the service that my parent bike is cleaned up by them, because this way I know that my bike will be cleaned up properly. Good service and the employees are very friendly.

Friendly and expert assistance. Test drive was arranged immediately and was also very positive. Therefore ordered the bike right away. Delivery went fine again. And, I like the bike even more than I thought or dared to hope for. Also nice that Bike Totaal van Hulst called me after a few weeks to ask if I was still satisfied. Well, 100%. Thanks!
