Saskia guided us through a tough week in a very professional and personal way. When my bonus mother passed away very suddenly, Saskia was on the sidewalk at 1 am and helped us through the first tricky rules and regulations. With tact, a listening ear and excellent empathy, she arranged what had to be arranged. Afterwards she helped every step of the way and flawlessly sensed what our wishes were. Everything was possible and no effort was too much. Partly thanks to her, the funeral has become a very beautiful and worthy meeting, which we look back on with great satisfaction. I heartily recommend her warm, personal and above all professional help to everyone.

We have experienced the guidance of Saskia incredibly fine, warm, open and loving, appropriate to the way we wanted to say goodbye. She listened to us, everything was possible. The click was there from the first moment. Despite our grief, we were able to make beautiful memories in the week of the farewell. With and thanks to Mourning Shed!
