The funeral was arranged perfectly and the employees were involved. We consider the aftercare part worthless. We have been waiting for a funeral DVD for 5 months, even after e-mailing, calling and asking several times the DVD is not there yet. We were told that something had gone wrong and that only half of the funeral is on it.
