I order a bike for Christmas for my wife everything perfect till the delivery.
I opened the bike and the wheel was broken. Tried to contact them but they send it the wrong piece of the wheel..called them again and they said that I should try and see if works..so disappointed! I really don’t recommend cause is almost a month and I can’t enjoy cycling with my wife
Doing business with Transportfiets Online for the first time. Selected a bicycle for my granddaughter via a very clear and complete website. The delivery was completed within three days, despite reports of a longer delivery time due to corona issues. The bicycle met my expectations and certainly that of my granddaughter. In short, a must for those looking for a good bike for a very competitive price.
Unfortunately, the chosen bicycle was no longer available. We looked online for an alternative together with the transport company. After adjusting the chosen alternative, my son is very happy with his customized transport bike. In his words, even fatter than the black I first wanted. Thank you for the service!

What a great service this bike shop offers! Daughter's bicycle turned out to be too big and the lady in the shop, together with daughter, tried and tested bicycles until it was 100% good. Very nice and super patient. Just praise. Other bike shops can learn from that!
