As a family we are very well received and supported in putting together my grandmother's cremation. A lot came our way and you listened carefully to our wishes. Nothing was too much of what we asked for. You have designed our grandmother's wishes in a very respectful way and the day of the farewell was exactly as we and grandma wanted it to be. Thank you for the good care and being there when we needed it.

Another month and then it will be 4 years ago that my partner Henk Leenders passed away. In the week he was laid out at home, I (Arnold) lived in a daze, but I must say that you were there for me. You also made the radiant white cremation (an absolute wish of Henk and me) to perfection. Also my mother, now 93, only wants to go through you and in white as it was with Henk. My new partner also knows, I want wit and you. Watch the DVD often (it saves a lot with the Dela, but let me not talk about it) and see every time how perfectly it has taken care of you and to our liking. You are small-scale, the Dela has TURNED away my deceased father-in-law, there is only 1 thing I want to say about that, SCHANDE and DISRESPECT. Hope we don't need you soon, but we know when the time is right. it is in super good hands with you. Afterwards, thanks again super.

Fully executed as my mother-in-law had discussed it, this was in July 2017. My mother-in-law died in September 2018, everything is taken care of down to the last detail.
