1 star is still too much. This pharmacy is not worthy of their license. I unsubscribed from them without knowing and that is how I got into problems with my medicines that I badly need and cannot live without. Have been in touch with the Chief Pharmacist before they unsubscribed me about the fact that spending and delivering my medications is hopeless, for years. Also you are not treated like a human being by the staff there and I have been treated rudely there. You can also unsubscribe someone by telephone at that pharmacy, that is not just possible. I am going to take legal action in this and anyone who wants this too I ask to contact me so that together we can do something about these inhumane practices, of course this will cost you nothing, I will bear the costs of the lawsuit and lawyer . The charge will be “gross negligence”.

Varying experiences here. Some of the employees are friendly and helpful. Others the opposite: have elevated snarling to an art. Waiting times can vary quite a bit and then you don't really seem to see a need to fire. For me as a Customer Experience champion it is painful to see. Actually I would like to give them 2.5 stars, but that is not possible. So we make it 3, thanks to the employees who do make a difference, such as the red-haired lady in the store and the friendly delivery person.

Still waiting for my blood pressure medications. Scandalous!

The staff is very helpful and patient, but sometimes it takes a long time for you to be helped, but I understand that.

The whole shop is full and 1 counter open for the drawn numbers. Enough staff, but they shuffle behind. I am here for the first time but have never experienced this. What an inefficient pharmacy.
