In the last 3 months called the huisarts 2 times. Well, actually 11 times in 2 days since no one responded. First day in the period from 13 h to 13.30 I called 5 times, each time being on the line for more than 5 min - the assistant answered at 13.30. Second time (today) in the period from 13 h to 16 h - still no answer!! How am I supposed to get in contact if not dialing a number for life-threatening situations?? Btw, online appointment was not an option since I need something else...

A good practice

Now 2 years, at this practice. And I am full of praise !! I have now seen a few GPs from this practice and they all listened to my complaint and came up with the correct treatment! The assistants are also happy to look up something for you! Making an appointment is easy and you can go fairly quickly, and it never really ends.

We feel appreciated and treated well. Especially the older guard assistants Inneke and Astrid are fantastic. The younger ladies should be a little more alert in responding to clients at the counter. Plus, after they have grown and adapted telephony, they are still not available quickly enough.
