Prescriptions sent by fax are usually delayed, been a few times because it took a long time and the faxed recipe appeared to be on the fax for a few days. And then saying it's pretty busy., Well, you will really need the pills for epilepsy .. They even lost the pills once and then searched for ten minutes and then came back and asked if I didn't pick up sooner .. 😁 Too bad the service has also deteriorated a bit since I no longer see a few familiar faces.

What a bad staff Today I witnessed how 2 members of staff make fun of a customer, customer asks for the supervisor and the supervisor stands up for his staff and tells the customer that she should get her medication from another pharmacy., This customer was first given by a staff called incorrectly she called the number that the customer had but staff made a mistake. And then she gets medication that she has never used. And she explains that she doesn't want to receive that and whether it is possible to get her own medication that she has been taking for 25 years. And that she will not just use any other medication. She also had the doctor on the phone where the staff and supervisor was bjj has faxed the same prescription again and staff and supervisor claim that this was not the case while the doctor was on the phone with the customer this has been a witness to how antisocial and rude the staff can be to its customers. Mrs. the customer was there with her child, think it was 2 years old. But then be treated like this sorry. The customer hears everything that the two staff members of the pharmacy say about her customer has stated that they are not pleased with this, but they just didn't care. Sorry what a rude staff and manager say the manager did not look himself. Anyway I just wanted to share what I witnessed. Mr. owner say you respond fine. But what you say is also not correct, your staff first started with standing up for your staff fine, but I have seen that you yourself have treated Ms badly despite your position. It wasn't a little kid you talked to like she's a little how you treated her. And then some more. I've seen everything happen from start to finish. And it is logical that Madam is so responsive if your staff talks about it like that behind the counter. What do you think brown person, so do not understand Dutch, believe me, your staff must learn and learn manners not to ridicule customers behind the counter because your staff started with it, I witnessed and saw everything. Everything is on Facebook. Because I sit there and have seen and heard everything from start to finish. But you as a manager should have had the decency to put your staff in order. You yourself have not been very nice and no decency, you did not even want to listen to the customer, you immediately reached your judgment and conclusion. But if you look at yourself that says enough. A peacock is even more beautiful. that the lady gets so angry and things get out quite right. Your staff makes fun of her to other staff in front of the customer. And then what you are only now responding to a message from a lady posted 2 years ago, what a shame. And then you call normal. Go away anyway, you don't really look normal yourself.

Yesterday I received a neat email with a code, so that I could pick up my repeat medication from the machine outside. This was my first time. Great service! It is a pity that I had to wait a very long time to return medicines that were out of date. Furthermore, always good service. If I cannot collect my medicines due to illness, they will be delivered to my home with one phone call. I am very satisfied with Seghwaert Pharmacy!

Every time a problem with this pharmacy. Earlier, we have seen more often the packaging of my medicine had my wife's name on it, and the packaging of my wife's medicine had my name on it. The general practitioner sent the prescription to the pharmacy, and after a week of waiting we heard '' the prescription has not been sent '' Nowadays I send the prescription with Whats-App, but you don't get a message when they are ready. After waiting for a week when you contact them, they say "may you come pick up." They absolutely do not pay attention to the privacy rule. Very easy if someone has your data can retrieve your medicines.

Very unfriendly staff, when collecting medicines they ask themselves in a very unfriendly way "what do you need these medicines for" !! That's really not possible, since when is that requested, and why in this very unprofessional, unkind tone? I also think that this is contrary to the avg. Too sad for words, following a customer-friendly course won't hurt you. 1 star is actually too much. I will never send my recipe to this again. And Seghwaert pharmacy do something with it, live in Zoetermeer again after years and you used to be very unkind and you are still so!
