Wonderful place , very large beach between you and the sea. Me and my wife have eaten fried potatoes and mussels, a savoury and delicious dish. Excellent beer. Although it was full of people, the staff was always present and careful. Relaxing atmosphere, i cherish the moments spent there. Dogs welcome.

'The Pirate', a great name for a well-located restaurant and launch area at the beach. The atmosphere is great with a beautiful sea view. Best iced coffee I've ever had.

location is good, nice view but food is not so good. Burger didn't have any flavour and was very dry. Also tried the spare ribs and they also didn't have any flavour and had a lot of fat. Staff was normal, but didn't come to ask for drinks.

09.09.2020 So we were at the beach and thought of having a few drinks. The waiters were prompt however the drinks took some time to turn up (but we enjoyed the views). Drinks ordered 1x chai latte : more milk than tea, couldn't even smell the chai and to be honest it was pretty bad. 1x caramel latte : seems there was only 1x espresso shot in it (should have 2). We had to go to the bar to get this fixed and also to get sugar which we had told them about 1x leifmans beer - no issues, was cold and fresh 1x mint tea - if you consider a bunch of mint in a glass of hot water, well this was it. It was in no way a mint tea. Overall a very poor experience and not cost effective for what you get. I suspect their food is better but we didn't stay for that.

Love the Cadzand beach and this very enjoyable beachbar. Perfect for a quick meal. Very suitable for children.
