Great presciption drugs, vast assortment of drugs for people with sleeping disorders like myself. Nice tasty cough medicine.

Employees do not know what they have agreed with me. Communication transfer, both written and oral, is severely inadequate. Employees can no longer find the information, which means that I get the wrong medication every time. Employees promise to order the correct medication, but nothing happens next. There is no feedback, no explanation, no consultation. At the counter I am told that the medication is no longer available, while another pharmacy can get the right medication. The same day I unsubscribed from a pharmacy toll. VERY BAD, so a well deserved 1 star

Unfortunately 1 of the worst pharmacists that I unfortunately have experience with: - 'Regular' incomplete orders that are given (even if you explicitly indicate whether it is complete) - 'Substitute' medicines that, according to the specialists, cannot really be classified as substitutes (aka they do not agree) - SLOW, you ALWAYS have to wait even if there are few other customers. The process is so slow, if your order has been ready for a few days and you come to pick it up, you may be standing at the counter for 5 minutes or longer while they take your order. Something is horribly wrong in this pharmacy process. An average attempt to collect medicines takes between 10-20 minutes (sometimes longer). - personnel is also friendly and probably 'victim' of a mediocre / poor business process.

Long wait while there are enough staff walking around behind.

Very long waiting time, 20 minutes, when it is very quiet.
