Whatch out they gave me less tablets than what the doctor prescribed. The box was sealed, but contained less pills. Response to the owner: first of all, this is a serious issue and deserves a review. Second there was a pandemic going on. I don't take the risk of coming back just for talking. I called you by phone several times, at different times of the day, but I received no answer. I left a request to be called back, but that didn't happen. It's too easy for you to assume that I'm just taking the easy way. As I wrote, getting a box of pills that has been opened to sort & count the number of pills, then sealed out is a relevant issue. Me and probably a lot of people wouldn't expect it, assuming that the box comes sealed from the producer. People should be aware of your way of operating and count out the product right after buying it, especially when receiving a large number of pills.

Very poor service ! my doctor sent me a medication by fax to this pharmacy and for some reason he could not find my insurance, I was supposed to get 30 tablets of the medication, who attended me personally was the owner of the pharmacy. And as he couldn't find my insurance he told me I had to pay 14.72 for 10 tablets, when I should be receiving 30, I told him, I have taken this medication for many months and I have never had to pay, so sir, all my information is there including my passport valid ID, it is not my problem that your system is not working and I shouldn't have to pay the price for the mistake of the system. He told me "it's my pharmacy, my rules and if I want I can give you no medication at all and ask you to leave" For the fact I really needed my medication I didn't answer his back in the same rude way as he treated me. So at the end i payed a fortune for having much less medication that I actually needed, and still wished him a happy New year, he didn't even wish me a happy New year back.
