Helped very well with making the right choice. And then a quick delivery of my bike. Service is very good, had problems with my bike and they came home within a week, the bike had to be repaired but a week later I got it back properly repaired. Very happy with it !!!

Here at this company via the website e-bike purchased extensa mid-engine model today delivers a nice bike and clear explanation about how to use the support and the battery how to best charge it. Purchased myself for the special price that money is well worth it. Also bought just in time because now it is again high priced on the site. Recommend this company to everyone. The big companies like Stella only offer expensive bicycles and if there is something you can only go to Stella. company and ok go have fun cycling on this bike ðŸĪŠðŸ˜€ðŸ˜€ðŸ˜€ nice mileage thanks.

What a great company. We have purchased new pro-e-bike bikes for the second time. Now with a mid engine. Beautiful bikes to see. After a while I heard a tick in my bike. Thought about the engine. A phone call to the Pro-e-bike company. They arrived home within a week. Turned out to be something with the chain. Repaired for free. Great what a service.

excellent service, at home! The nice thing for me is that I can also visit the shop as soon as I live in IJsselstein: so never have to wait!
