Our mother, Jopie, passed away on Friday, January 29th. At first we had a big funeral company in mind, but then our aunt came with Sens, who had also buried our other aunt and so satisfied. Later we meet Simone. She was very caring and took us by the hand to sort things out. Then it is nice to have someone who takes you by the hand and takes the necessary steps, even when you are sad. The next day my mother was picked up and we showed her off, very emotional, but very beautiful afterwards. In the following days, Simone guided us in all kinds of matters, came up with ideas for making the funeral card, preparing the memorial service. She really took care of the personal and thus became part of the family. On the day of the funeral she guided us all the way and comforted and helped us. Now that everything is over, we can only look back on this with great satisfaction, partly due to Simone van Sens, this has become a special time and experience for us. That is why I can recommend her to anyone looking for a personal and well-guided undertaker!

Excellent company with a lot of personal attention. Sens can be reached quickly and easily: if there is already no answer (telephone), you will be called back immediately afterwards. Meta and Simone think along very well and are good listeners. They arrange everything before and during the funeral, and are optimally unburdened for the next of kin. I never got the idea that something was forced on me or that I was being placed at great expense. On the contrary!! It helped me a lot to arrange the cremation of both my parents in a nice and calm way. And to execute it as we wanted. Thanks !!

My father passed away in early October. He has been ill for a while and yet it always comes unexpected. SENS funerals led by Simone has supported, guided and helped us enormously to make the day of the cremation a beautiful day of remembrance. Just like my father, but also we envisioned. On November 10 my Grandma passed away at the age of ninety. Very sad and a close to a very beautiful chapter in my life, but we also have a lot of peace with it because she was severely demented. In 2018 my aunt, my grandma's daughter, passed away and the funeral was then very loving and well supervised by Meta. This was also the reason we wanted to ask her this time too. The special thing was that on the night of death we were actually confronted with the fact that Grandma had to leave the nursing home the same evening. That is a moment when you do not know what to do. Luckily I still had Meta's phone number and she answered. Within an hour she was with us and also the care team to take her. That was so nice and unbelievably good service. In such a moment it is so nice to be able to rely on a reliable and knowledgeable person. In addition to this special beginning, the process surrounding my grandmother's farewell was also superbly arranged. Meta even drove to Winschoten (!) From Utrecht as a top professional to explore the cemetery so that we could organize the best possible farewell. In addition to the enormous involvement, the communication was also great. As most know, in a week from death to the farewell ceremony, you are in a kind of daze. Meta and I had contact every day. Sometimes several times and that is so nice because you still work together to a special last moment for my Grandma. Thank you very much for your love, commitment, care and professionalism!
