Nice place. Nice Sinterklaas menu for the kids. It just wasn't anything Santa Claus-like. A handful of gingerbread cookies would have been nice.

Neatly solved, I had bought a car and secured it online at this company, due to circumstances I have to return this car to the garage after a few days due to a defect. Immediately forwarded the indemnity. Now they calculate more than a full month of premium for a few days. In retrospect, I was told that they charge 2 times policy costs 1 times before closing and 1 time for canceling. After a bad review, I have been contacted. After a pleasant conversation, it was decided to remove all outstanding items and that in the future a little more individual consideration is taken and the condition is not immediately adhered to. Top service !!!

I am a customer but something simple when creating a customer account but does not succeed. Mailing to customer service about this also makes no sense, because it is not responded to.

Bizarrely arrogant employees / severely underqualified for customer service. I came up with the simple question of why the application for my new car is so much more expensive than the competition, while the calculation for my old car came out reasonably well priced with them. Can I get a grumpy guy on the phone: You know white money is an internet service, right? You just have to make the calculation online yourself. And that's it. I asked WHY they suddenly are so much more expensive with this vehicle (saves 80% compared to the competition), while the previous car was about the cheapest in the list. And whether I did something wrong and would like to stay with them with the new insurance. Well, with such arrogant customer service, I enjoy leaving them, even if they were cheaper. Thick line through it.
