I had been booking a trip and this insurance was proposed by the website as travel insurance. I am German, the police and other documents that I got by mail are in Dutch. So Ivasked for an English version or a German one. No reply. Other ways to contact them: website (only Dutch). That is a European Insurance? No way. By facebook I got confirmed that they do not have versions in other languages. So when you do not speak dutch, hands-off this insurance. I have an insurance now where I do not understand the police and the conditions... 😠

A super friendly lady on the line and she really thought along with me so that I didn't pay too much for the continuous travel insurance, really nice and I saved the money! Nice to see that it is still possible this way.
