Hamada is highly professional and can effectively guide you through the complex world of finance/mortgages. He patiently walked us through each and every step of the mortgage application process and explained everything upfront so we knew exactly what to expect at every step of the way. We really appreciated the fact that he helped us anticipate every cost we were to incur so when we won the house bid, we were financially ready to start the mortgage process. We had a very short time frame to apply for the mortgage and because Hamada already prepared everything beforehand, we were able to meet all the deadlines without any stress. We could sit back and relax because we knew Hamada was on top of it all:). We highly recommend him.
