The service can be much better and well organized. I hope it gets better by time. Also, I found it too expensive compared to the others.

I am from France to cycle the tour of the Netherlands (1400km) with my father. Just before Tubnergen a spoke breaks on my bicycle and immediately a big blow to the wheel. Fortunately a bike total in Tubbergen. Enter the store around lunch time. And the man who spoke to me seemed a little panicky and asked if I could come back after lunch. Even after lunch, the man appears to still panic. And told not to have time. In the end I bought 3 different length spokes and a spoke key. And in the evening on the camping site itself, I replaced my spoke and got rid of the wheel. For a non bicycle mechanic 20min work. While we are cycling away, we meet the man on a test ride with an electric bicycle. He doesn't sigh anything. He could have wished us a good journey. Thank you biketotal Tubbergen.

Shortly after each other have 1 city hybrid repaired, 1 cross hybrid left behind for replacement of parts: (1) City hybrid: I am very satisfied with the repair; I can be brief about it. (2) Cross hybrid: - The competitor was often neglected to ensure that the front and rear derailleur were properly adjusted, so that I often dealt with this myself afterwards. I now hoped, and clearly pointed this out, to a pleasant, 'silent' adjustment; I can say that they have succeeded! By making a preference for certain resistance a small adjustment has been made, but that is of course up to me; - Everything well lubricated and greased; - It was found that the initial brake shoes (rear) were not mounted properly and therefore slanted 'obliquely', after which the brake shoes were subsequently replaced; nice, but unfortunately without consultation. The braking effect was still great and I normally buy and replace these shoes myself. A commercial move ... Generally quite satisfied, but communication can be more adequate, also by e-mail. 8/10
