Even communication with workers there is terrible. They cant speak english. I was 2 times there.
-First time they was looking everywhere for my pills ( is it farmacy or garage?!?)
-second time 3 hours after my visit by doctor I came to pick up my medicine (10km) and I get information that's sended somewhere else and nobody gave me any information.
Terrible company...
I was in Velden for a few days and had forgotten a medicine. This was neatly solved with the help of a telephone call and a fax. 👍

Too bad you have to give minimum one star or I wouldn't give one ... Arrogant, unhelpful, left to our own devices. I think also incompetent ...
