First contact about the presence of my recipe, the elderly lady behind the counter said in a very annoying tone that it "had to be paid in cash". On the second visit my friend was also addressed in a very unfriendly and pedantic tone by the same employee when he could not pay with his credit card (which I think is ridiculous, with large amounts this should at least be an option). "whether there was sufficient balance on it" while the device itself was simply not suitable for paying with credit cards. Overall very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

I am very satisfied with this pharmacy because of their empathy and expertise. However, due to my physical limitations, I cannot collect my medication myself. Fortunately, the pharmacy is so accommodating to deliver it. However, every time I am worried about it being delivered. Today it was the case again. A young man who can be my son with earplugs says nothing in return if I want to talk to him, throws the package in my hands and says with an angry look in his eyes please. I passed it on to the pharmacy for the second time, unfortunately they don't do anything with this. I have also not asked to be chronically ill, fully incapacitated for work and therefore dependent.
