It's almost a comedy. This place is so inefficient that it makes customers laugh. Of despair that is. Staff constantly says things like: you are lucky our stock is not administered well so I have your prescription despite the system says it's not present (after 12 minutes of searching), or 'could you come back in 45 mins because I might have found your prescription, it's a bit messy today'. Avoid if you can.

Inefficiency describes this pharmacy well. If you want to pick up medicines quickly, this is usually not possible because there is a line, the employees are slow, and they do not have take-away safes as I have seen and experienced at several other pharmacies. In addition, you will not be informed if a prescription is ready or has arrived for you, but you have to call yourself. The explanation of the medicines is fine, but otherwise I have not very good experiences with this pharmacy (especially compared to other pharmacies). In response to the pharmacy, this was already the case for corona, for several years. I understand the control, of course, but it is not only the control of medicines that is done. For me, medicines often still have to be collected and labeled when I am at the counter. In other words, the drugs are not ready for pick-up and this adds to the waiting time and inefficiency.

Been to the pharmacy twice this week and helped by the same lady. Madam was not very friendly nor did she make me feel like she wanted to help me. Today I came to pick up medication with a prescription from my doctor, but I did not receive it because of a computer failure. This is understandable, only I was in a lot of pain and no further solutions were offered, just was told that I could not be helped and that I had to continue. This also made it unclear to me why my doctor's prescription was not sufficient. Was told by someone outside the pharmacy that the malfunction would be resolved around four o'clock, I did not hear anything about this inside and there was also no option that I could possibly be called. Understand that nothing can be done at the moment, but might have expected a little more sympathy. Furthermore, the other employees are always very friendly and helpful.
